Making a Booking
You can book easily through my online booking system at serenglow.co.uk/book, or contact me directly by phone, WhatsApp, email or message. No payment is taken at the time of booking — your treatment cost is simply payable on the day.
Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life gets in the way sometimes! If you do need to cancel or reschedule, I just ask that you give me as much notice as possible so I can offer your slot to someone else.
- More than 24 hours notice — no charge at all, just let me know!
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows — as a small independent business this really does affect me, so I may ask for a contribution towards the missed appointment. Repeated no-shows may mean I need to take a deposit for future bookings.

I’ll always confirm any changes by email or text.
Late Arrivals
Please try to arrive on time so you get the most from your treatment! If you’re running late just let me know — I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook to avoid affecting other clients.
If I Need to Cancel
I’ll always give you as much notice as possible and offer alternative appointment times. This may occasionally happen due to illness or unforeseen circumstances — I appreciate your understanding.

- Your data is protected under UK GDPR and will never be shared without your permission.
- Holistic therapies complement but do not replace medical care — please consult your GP about any health concerns.
- Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- I carry full professional indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.
