BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Making a Booking

  • Book easily through my online system or contact me directly
  • New clients: No deposit required for your first appointment
  • Payment accepted on the day by cash or bank transfer
  • Booking through Setmore means you’ve read and agreed to these terms

Cancellation Policy I completely understand that life gets in the way sometimes. Here’s how cancellations work:

More than 48 hours notice:

  • Cancel or reschedule free of charge
  • No fees apply
  • Just let me know so I can offer your slot to someone else

24-48 hours notice:

  • £5 cancellation fee applies
  • This helps cover the short notice

Less than 24 hours notice:

  • 50% of your appointment cost applies
  • Very short notice makes it hard to fill your time slot

No-show (not attending without notice):

  • 50% of appointment cost applies
  • Future bookings may require payment in advance
  • Please just let me know if you can’t make it!

How to Cancel or Reschedule Contact me as soon as possible:

I’ll confirm all changes by email or text.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time so you get your full treatment
  • If you’re running late, let me know – I’ll do my best to accommodate you
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook to avoid affecting other clients

If I Need to Cancel

  • You’ll get a full refund of any payment made
  • I’ll offer alternative times where possible
  • This might happen due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances

Important Information

  • Your data is protected under UK GDPR – I’ll never share it without your permission
  • Holistic therapies complement but don’t replace medical care – always consult your GP about health concerns
  • Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed
  • I carry full professional indemnity insurance
