Making a Booking
- Book easily through my online system or contact me directly
- New clients: No deposit required for your first appointment
- Payment accepted on the day by cash or bank transfer
- Booking through Setmore means you’ve read and agreed to these terms
Cancellation Policy I completely understand that life gets in the way sometimes. Here’s how cancellations work:
More than 48 hours notice:
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge
- No fees apply
- Just let me know so I can offer your slot to someone else
24-48 hours notice:
- £5 cancellation fee applies
- This helps cover the short notice
Less than 24 hours notice:
- 50% of your appointment cost applies
- Very short notice makes it hard to fill your time slot
No-show (not attending without notice):
- 50% of appointment cost applies
- Future bookings may require payment in advance
- Please just let me know if you can’t make it!

I’ll confirm all changes by email or text.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time so you get your full treatment
- If you’re running late, let me know – I’ll do my best to accommodate you
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook to avoid affecting other clients
If I Need to Cancel
- You’ll get a full refund of any payment made
- I’ll offer alternative times where possible
- This might happen due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances

- Your data is protected under UK GDPR – I’ll never share it without your permission
- Holistic therapies complement but don’t replace medical care – always consult your GP about health concerns
- Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed
- I carry full professional indemnity insurance
